Texas Bound!

I could hardly believe it but we actually had a GREAT time driving down to Texas. I knew once we got there it would be great, but did not have high expectations of the car trip. We made so many good memories, including simple things like the kids being so excited to buy gum from a gas station. They didn't even fight and the requests for the potty were minimal. We had a great time! Our first stop was for breakfast at Cracker Barrel. The kids were so excited to "get up in the middle of the night" to leave (about 3:45 a.m.).
