I thought I'd try to catch up, but ...

So, I thought I'd try to catch up on blogging and blog reading today (being more than a month behind) but, instead, I shucked 80 ears of corn. Now I just have to blanch them, cut the kernels off, and put it all in my freezer. They are SWEET! It will be so worth it.
